By video tokens: width × height × frames ÷ 1024 of the output video, times the price per million tokens for its resolution. With reference videos, their length is billed too, at the with-video rate. For example, a 5-second 16:9 480P clip on Seedance 2.0 costs about 0.35 USD. Failed, cancelled and timed-out tasks are free; the maximum possible cost is reserved at submission and whatever is not used is released. ### Am I charged when a generation fails? No. When an upstream channel fails, the platform moves the task to another channel under the same task ID (up to 4 channels), and when it cannot tell whether an upstream accepted a job it checks first instead of generating twice. ### Can I keep using the Volcengine Ark SDK or the OpenAI SDK? Yes. The Ark-compatible endpoint is https://api.ail.run/api/v3 and the OpenAI Videos-compatible endpoint is https://api.ail.run/v1: change the base URL and API key to migrate. The platform's own API is https://api.ail.run/v1/videos/generations. ### How long are generated videos kept? 7 days. Results are copied to our storage before delivery, and you can get a fresh download link at any time within that period, independent of 24-hour upstream links. ### How do I add quota? We do not take payments online: quota is added after an offline payment, or with a redemption code under Billing.
